Shirley was born on May 18, 1935 and passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2016. Shirley was a resident of Stratton, Ohio at the time of her passing. She was married to Andrew. Visitation for Baba will be held on Tuesday March 29 from 1-4 6-8 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto OH. Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11 am at First Westminster Presbyterian Church in Steubenville. Additional visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 am til time of her service at 11 am. Rev. Jason Elliott will officiate the service and her burial will follow in Morningview Cemetery in Irondale OH. Memorial donations may be made in Babaâs name to Valley Hospice 10686 St. Rt. 150 Rayland OH 43943 or WIAACC 4152 Sunset Blvd. Steubenville OH 43952.

I will miss my good friend Shirley.We worked together at the Health Department but our friendship went well beyond that. My condolences to Cab, Andrea, her sons and her beloved grandchildren. She will watch over you.
