Mary Brancheau Obituary

Mary Evelyn (Mary Ann) Brancheau passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, surrounded by her family. She was 81. She is survived by her five children, Kenneth, Ryan, Robert, William and Anne; her 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mary was born on April 29, 1934, in Wilmington, Delaware, and grew up on the banks of the Choptank River in Maryland. After graduating from nursing school, she moved to Tucson, where she met her husband, Major Kenneth James Lamberton, an Air Force pilot who was killed on a training mission in 1967. In 1969, she married E. Thomas Brancheau, a choir director at St. Odilia's parish. After his death in 1982, Mary dedicated her life to her church, her nursing career, and her family. She will be greatly missed. Please contact the family directly for service information. Arrangements entrusted to ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel.

Dear Mary Ann's Children,

Mary Ann was so good, so caring toward others beyond her family. She and Tom hosted great choir social gatherings, the most memorable was when the "special" guest was your falcon!

Condolences,
Clara McInnis
