It´s hard to believe it´s been two years. So many have passed through our doors at Arizona Oncology that you also knew and are now gone. I heard the name Carroll called the other day in our lobby and a gentleman got up and I bowed my head and smiled to myself because for that brief moment I remembered you.

I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Carroll through his visits at Arizona Oncology. He was always very friendly, happy, and put a smile on my face. He loved talking about cars and sports with me . He was a wonderful gentleman.

Like so many others we never actually met the man that created the legendary Cassie Tips List, a forum that helped so many of us through the years. He was always ready to explain how-to methods and this list gave us the opportunity to offer tips and ideas to one another; as well as the ability to chat and get to know one another across the country and the world. He was a legend in the Cassie community and will most definitely be missed.

I never had the opportunity to meet Carroll, although I talked on the phone with him several times as I was starting my editing career. He sold me editing software and answered my silly questions. He was so GENUINE and honest and was never pushy. He was one of the BEST software dealers on this planet. I am so sorry for your loss as this hit the editing community very hard.. An AMAZING man for sure and Heaven called him home.. Thanks for the time he gave us and he will be missed...

I worked with Carroll as a contractor while he was in the Air Force and as a trusted colleague for all his time at SAIC. He was a mentor and a friend. His tutelage set me up for the successes my career enjoyed.
Carroll shared with me his love for racing, inviting me to the Big Dance at the Brickyard several times. That love ignited embers that have continued unabated for over 30 years. A number of our family members are now avid racing fans: we have made it a family tradition that continues into the third generation.
Carroll taught me the life lesson that adversity can be overcome by perseverance that doesn't have to be showy. For that I will be eternally grateful.
Carroll, I wish I could fly the Missing Man Formation for you. Godspeed on your journey into the next realm.
