Dear Maloney Family,
I knew Dennis when I was the Youth Director at Memorial Lutheran Church in Afton. I am sorry that I got news of Dennis's accident late, as I would have liked to be there at his service, possibly before that. I know that Dennis had a great heart, and he knew God's love, and shared it with those around him. I wish to express our deepest sympathies to Dennis' family and his closest friends. I worked with him at the gas station when it was still Tom Thumb. I know all of us here at Freedom that worked with him will miss him very much. He was a great kid with a great smile.

I have known Beth for 13 years and my heart goes out to her and her family. Dennis was loved so dearly by his mother, she couldn't talk about him enough. They were so lucky to have each other. He was so blessed to have such a wonderful loving family and I know he will be greatly missed by everyone.
