Martha, Sharon:
We send our condolences. I have given a copy of the obit to my sons. Percy was such an inspiration. We know he will be missed. I wanted to add that one of his best friends, my father Harold L. Pearl also passed away in December. 12/7/07. He was of sound mind, but could not withstand pneumonia.

Percy gave me my first job with Dakota County and allowed me the freedom to grow in my professional career. I remember those years fondly and think of Percy often. My entire family expresses our condolences.

I remember Percy when we both worked for Dakota County. He was so distinguished and had a great laugh. He was a nice man who seemed to love life. My deepest sympathy to all of you. I'm sure he will be missed.
