Graveside services for Mr. Jerry Don "Tweety Bird" Ausborne, 67, Tyler are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 9, 2018 at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Ralph E. Caraway, Sr. as eulogist. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Community Funeral Home of Tyler.

Mr. Ausborne died November 4, 2018. He was born June 1, 1951 in Troup, Texas.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Ontanya (Renard) Burks of Rowlett, TX and Bianca Ausborne-Williams of Tyler, TX; 2 sisters, Diane Scott of Tyler, TX and Dollene (Waymond) Goss of Missouri City, TX; and 3 grandchildren.

Public viewing will be 12:00 - 7:00 p.m Thursday, November 8, 2018 at Community Funeral Home of Tyler Chapel.
