Stan was always generous, gentle and kind, and a permanent memory of our first years in Canada. I'll always remember the smell of freshly-milled cedar in his workshop and the comfort and quality of the beds he made for my siblings and me. We'll miss you.

I am celebrating Uncle Stan's life and for helping him sponsor and bring us from Poland to Canada to start a new and wonderful life. There were four of us in 1963, myself (Jolanta, then 9, my sister, Leila was 7, and his brother Leonard (Len) and my mom Joanna (both of whom have departed for great and wonderful adventures)

Yes Jolanta Robertson (Chrobok) and Leila Chrobok are Leonards daughters and are very saddened at the passing of our Uncle we remember him as a kind and giving soul who brought us to Canada from Poland and looked after our family. Our prayers go to the family and we will be attending the service Friday.
