I was so fortunate to have become a friend of Pam. One of her artworks appealed to me in a magazine ad and I called her up........She was always a joy to speak to and I loved the laugh and humor in her voice. Pam called me her number one fan because I loved her work and she made it easier for me to buy her work over time. Her work makes my apartment a special place to be, but her work in only a part of what Pam was. Unfortunately, I never got to meet her in person, but she will always be in my heart as a special friend. Thank you, friend, for permitting me into your world and making mine so much better.

There are no words to explain what a wonderful person Pam is. When she touched a life the only word that comes to mind is "BLESSED". I have known her and loved her over half my life and will miss her for the rest. Rest now my friend for your work on earth is done. And you did a wonderful job.

Dearest Robert, Holly and family,
We are so sorry for your loss. Words can not express our sadness.
There are very few forever friends in this life. Pam is our forever friend and we’ll love and cherish her forever. We’ll always remember the wonderful visit we had in 2009.
She had the best of care and we’re so thankful you were able to provide that for her.
We want to stay connected. If you’re ever up to Portland or just want to get away, you’re always welcome to stay with us. We are here for you Holly and Robert if you ever need anything. God bless you. You’re always in our hearts.
Love & prayers,
Wayne & Brenda Pipes

Dear sweet Pam, I will never forget your kindness to me and my daughters. You were a beautiful person inside and out! I will hold dear the image of you holding my sweet infant Isabella while showing me how to give her a full body massage to calm her down when she was colic. It totally helped! You added to my life so much in the short time I knew you, and my only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with you. I look forward to seeing you one day in Heaven. Until then I hope you are taking in all of Heaven's glory and enjoying the freedom of a body that no longer hurts. You were so strong and so brave, an example to all of us. All my heart goes out to Holly and Robert. God bless you both.

Dearest Pam and Holly, Robert and Family- You were such a special person, from the moment you walked into our door to the 'GYC' and became part of our 'group', I loved you and could see how special you were. Always quick with your beautiful smile and kind words, I couldn't help but love you immediately. I can't imagine that you ever harmed a fly! You have left a beautiful legacy in your amazing daughter Holly. Rest assured that she has many 'mothers' to turn to if she is in need. We won't replace you, but will do our best to support her throughout the triumphs and tragedies in her young life. You left us far too soon, and while I have a very special place in my heart for you, I will miss you terribly. The world is just a little bit darker because your light has been dimmed, but our memories and your love of beauty and your beautiful artwork will be cherished always. I love you Pam Woods Solakian. God Bless you and may you be painting with the angels, as you were a true angel on earth. All my love and sympathies to your family. Love, Suzie Hayes and Tom Hayes.

I came to Camarillo to help Pam when she came home from the hospital last February. We spent only a few very memorable days together just before she became very ill. We went to the beach, one of Pams favorite places to be. So peaceful and tranquill it was to her, I'll never forget that day. I was so blessed to have such wonderful moments with her. May she forever live at the beach and paint beautiful sunsets for all of us to enjoy each day. God Bless you Robert and Holly.

We will always remember Pam for how kind she was. No matter what, she always took an interest in how everyone else was doing. She loved her family very much. The kind of courage she had was a true gift, just like her beautiful art work. We were very saddened to hear of Pamela's passing. She will not be forgotten. She is now a beautiful angel watching down on us. We wish the best to Rob and Holly in this difficult time.
