If the USS Mills Reunion were a body, losing Gabby would be like losing a right arm. The Facebook page he was a major part of and he always invited people to use Internet conference to stay connected. Reading what a man’s life was like on funeral page is what we always regret. We regret we did not get a chance to hear of a person’s life from them while alive. Although we shook hands and talked a little, I wish I could have learned more about his adventures. I no doubt will have the opportunity to see him again but my adventures and his adventures will be like tears in the rain. What a great honor to share in the brotherhood of US Veterans and shipmates.
