BILL J. FLISOWSKI

   PORT LAVACA - Bill J. Flisowski, loving husband, father, son, son-in-law, and brother-in-law, 64, of Port Lavaca, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2011, with his loving wife by his side. He was born Feb. 23, 1946, in East Bernard, to Annie Chandler Flisowski of El Campo and the late Willie Flisowski. Bill was an operator for Alcoa and President of the Safety Council and retired after 40 years of dedicated service, a member of Salem Lutheran Church, and an avid Astro fan and huge supporter of the Calhoun Sandcrabs.
   Survivors include his mother; his wife, Wanda Haith Flisowski of Port Lavaca; daughter, DaLissa and husband Paul Spaeth of Victoria; son, Chad Flisowski and Fanny Gonzalez of Port Lavaca; and a brother, Donnie Flisowski; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jack and Bernice Haith of Port Lavaca.
   In addition to his father, Mr. Flisowski was preceded in death by his precious granddaughter, Kylee Elise Spaeth on July 22, 2010.
   Viewing will begin on Friday, Jan. 14, 2011, at 1 p.m., at the Richardson-Colonial Funeral Home in Port Lavaca with a visitation to be held from 6-8 p.m. at Richardson-Colonial. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011, at the Salem Lutheran Church, where Bill served as an usher for many years, the Rev. Dan Zellmer will officiate. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday at the Hermann Sons Cemetery in Hochheim.
   Pallbearers will be Chad Flisowski, Paul Spaeth, Darrell Haith, Shawn Haith, Jordan Haith, and Bobby Cooper.
   Honorary pallbearers are Jesse Rodriquez, Charlie Chaka, John Kubecka, Eddie Flores, and Richard Stellman.
