Steve was a Godly Man who I considered a very good friend as well as having teaching and coaching in common. Whenever we would meet, he made you feel as if you had just made his day. I know that Steve, without a doubt is with our Lord and Savior at this very moment. I along with so many others, will miss him greatly.

Steve was a beautiful and positive teacher. He knew exactly how to reach kids. His presence on Amador High campus was a message in itself. Because he was a big man and knew the kids, he garnered much respect. Mary Walser, former principal

Steve and family, I was a teammate several years back with Steve, he was always feisty and a competitor, and for that, I admired and respected him. The last time I saw Steve was at the old ball fields, passing each other in the parking lot. Rest easy buddy, and to his family, my prayers to all of you

Steve...lifetime friend. So many memories of you from little boy, teenager, sports star! You’ve made your mark on so many and your family and friends are incredibly proud. Although you’re gone too soon we all know your presence in heaven is glorious and your gift goes on. RIP until we meet again.
