On Tuesday, January 22, 2019, Peter Richard Gilbert of Chevy Chase/Washington DC. Beloved son of the late Daniel and Peggy Gilbert; cherished husband of Robin; devoted father of Richard and Jeffrey, and father-in-law of Lainie and Robyn; loving brother of Dorothy Gilbert Goldstone and the late Anne Drew; adored grandfather of Samantha, Jake, Lexie, Grayson, and Zach. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2019. Contact the family for details. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
