On March 17, 2012. Beloved husband of Paula M. Kelly; loving father of Andrea Oscarson, Wendy Oscarson-Kirchner, Ed Oscarson, Karen Oscarson and step-daughter Carrie Kelly and step-son, Keith Kelly. Relatives and friends are invited to call at JOSEPH GAWLERS SONS, 5130 Wisconsin Ave., NW, Washington, DC on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 from 2 to 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Washington Humane Society, Attn: Development Office, 7319 Georgia Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20012.
