Stephanie and Matt-I just want to let you know that I am thinking of you. I have so many memories of spending time with your family-going to Annapolis or O's games. I will never forget the wonderful memories. Your dad will be missed but he will live on in the two of you. God bless you both and I am thinking of you all.

Steady, strong, kind, and concerned are just a few of the words that describe Cdr. Bill's type of friendship. He will remain in Jim and my hearts as well as the hearts of all who loved him.

The moment I met him I knew that Bill was a good soul. The longer I knew him, the more I appreciated his enormous capacity for love and friendship. He will be dearly missed.
