Beloved husband of Anita Jane Bane; loving father of Philip Bane (Mary Ellen), Christopher Bane (Pat Quarti), Janita Purcell (Patrick), Bethany Siegrist (Paul) and Peter Bane (Jan); cherished grandfather of Ashley, Evan, Patrick, Sean, Lee, Alyssa, Ryan and Joshua. The family will receive friends at the EVERLY FUNERAL HOME, 10565 Main St., Fairfax, VA on Wednesday, August 1 from 4 to 7 p.m. Funeral Mass, Thursday, 11 a.m. at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, 3700 Old Lee Hwy., Fairfax, VA. Interment Fairfax City Cemetery. Mr. Bane's favorite color is purple. Please dress appropriately for the services. Memorial contributions may be made to Capital Hospice.
