PLease accept our deepest sympathies from the Hoosier State. We met Gordon a few times when Visiting Doug and Maureen next door. As a Vietnam Vet I know of the sorrows of another fallen soldier. Gordon was the perfect image of a True Officer and a fine Gentleman. He always had a fine smile and a kind word. I know he will be missed by wife and family and all his military friends and neighbors. Our thoughts and prayers with you in this time of sorrow. His memories will be with me all the days of my life and I will look back as a good soldier for the places he can no longer go and things he can no longer see.
