Son of Hurley and Pat Offenbacher; husband of Cheryl Lynn Offenbacher; father of Carrie Lynn, John Kyle and Christie Lynn Offenbacher; brother of Mary Roberts, JoAnne Harbin, Tom and Matthew Offenbacher, Laura Palmieri, Neal Offenbacher, Jean Marie Offenbacher Stone and Mark Offenbacher. He was predeceased by two brothers, Michael and Peter Offenbacher. Friends may call on Sunday, April 6 from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Grace Brethren Church, 13000 Zachia Dr., Waldorf, MD 20601, and where memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Grace Brethren Church Youth Group, or the Young Life of Charles County.
