My name is Marsha. I was and will always be Louisa’s daughter in-law.
I could not have asked for a more compassionate, loving mother in-law. I will always remember her sweet smile, kindness, elegance and of course her grace. Not to forget her Welsh (cheese) Rarebit, a cherished family recipe. Louisa was an amazing women and grandmother as well. It was so obvious how much Louisa loved Riley and Marley and how very proud of them she was. They have learned many wonderful things from their grandmother throughout their lives. I thank God for gifting her into our lives. I know that Louisa is at great peace with our Lord and will always be smiling that wonderful smile. Our hearts with always carry her shine. We love you Grandmother

Louisa was a beautiful person of whom I admired. I admired her bravery as a woman, and her accomplishments as a professional and as a scholar. I also admired the relationships she had with her children and her two grandchildren.
Through the years Marley, her granddaughter, would share we me the fun times she and her brother Riley often had when spending time with “grandmother”. What she described seemed like magical and loving moments of which have become a legacy of fond memories.
Thank you, Louisa, for all you have given back to so many of us.
You will be remembered,
Lorianne Kerley

I have known Louisa for over 30 years as the mother-in-law of my sister, Marsha. Louisa was the epitome of what a good mother-in-law should be. She was kind in her words, thoughtful in her actions, generous with her time and everyone was proud to be in her company. My thoughts are with you Phil, Bill and Ellen. My prayers are with you, Louisa. Your job was well done.
