PATRICK SHEEHY Obituary
Patrick J. Sheehy (Age 69)
A native Washingtonian died peacefully of January 8, 2019 at MedStar Washington Hospital.He is survived by his partner-spouse, Jerry L. Wnuck. He also leaves his sister, Mary Ann Polasek of Winchester, VA., nephew, Joseph Polasek, Jr. of Gore VA., his niece and her husband, Jennifer and Juan Polanco of Radford VA. And two great-nieces, Liliana and Emma Polanco, and a host of loving relatives and friends. He will be missed by all.A Mass celebrating his life will be held on January 26 at 10:30 a.m. at the Church of St. Stephen the Martyr, 2436 Pennsylvania NW, Washington, DC. In Leu of flowers, please make a contribution to your favorite charity in his name and hug someone and tell them that you love them, for life is short.

Patrick was a wonderful friend and a human being......I met Patrick through Bill Anderson {years ago}. I am amazed of his sudden death. We send our sincere prayers and condolences to Jerry {his life long partner}. Eternal Rest Grant to Him, O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him and all the departed souls through the mercy of God. Amen.

TO Pat's Family, Jerry & Friends - I met Pat when we moved into the Warwick Condo in 1978. We were all first time buyers, single and shared a camaraderie as young 30 yr olds We had great parties and fun as a group. Pat was always positive and lively. He and I shared a special bond growing up in DC as Catholics. The service on Saturday was beautiful. My sympathies to all.
