EUGENE SOUDER Obituary
EUGENE LINDELL SOUDER, SR.
Born to Ebba Eugenia Lindell Souder and Paul Walter Richie Souder on July 19, 1930, Eugene Lindell Souder, Sr. died on December 1, 2013. He is preceded in death by his brother, George and sister Ebba. He was the loving husband of 53 years to Merry Marjorie Hull Souder; the proud father of Cheryl Lynn Martin, Becky Lynn Souder and Eugene L. Souder, Jr.; brother of Paul; grandfather to Sean and Justin Martin, Joanna Knorpp, Jake, Max and Caroline Souder, and great-grandfather to Conner and Keira Martin, all of whom he adored. A Washington D.C. native, Gene was a successful businessman owning a graphics and printing company in Bethesda for 28 years. He was later Chief of the Technical Services Unit, for NIMH. Retiring in Frederick. Gene will always be remembered for his kindness and wit. A viewing will be held at 2 p.m at Keeney & Basford, Frederick, MD.,Thursday, December 5, followed by a memorial service at 3 p.m.
