I'm so sad to hear about Lois' passing. She was such a lovely person. I remember when Lois and Al were going to join LCN and they came to our house to meet with my dad. Dad and mom were not home yet and so my sisters and I sat and visited for probably a half hour or more. We all fell in love with their gentle, welcoming spirits. Lois will be missed. My heart and prayers are with you.

Lois, or Mrs. Boemer as we knew her, was quick with a smile and a laugh. She was one of our many mothers growing ip in Newton Corner in the 60s and 70s. My heart goes out to the whole family; Al, Cheryl, Eric and Lisa.
With much love,
Nina Lillie

I was very saddened to hear of Lois's passing.I enjoyed her as a neighborhood parent; taking part in neighborhood cook outs and providing our family with lots of great babysitters.
Reconnecting with her later as an adult,I treasured the many times we had opportunities to talk and share a good laugh.
I was fortunate to have Lois as a neighbor and a freind.

I worked for Lois when she ran BA Communications. She truly was a mentor to me and showed me how to be a strong woman leader in business, and still remain humble. I worked in a support role but what I always remember is it was never "beneath" Lois to type her own envelope if she needed one. She was warm, kind and had such a beautiful spirit. I will always remember her fondly and thank her for the impact she had on my life and my career. My heart goes out to her whole family and those I knew the best Lisa and Cheryl and of course husband Al and Lois's son Eric. May Lois rest in peace and know that she made an impact on so many people's lives, including mine. I'm grateful to have known her.
