To the entire Mcdonough family Karen and I send our condolences. You were all blessed with a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. I have so many fond memories of Cobb Lane. There is one memory of Claire I have carried with me my entire adult life. She wrote a story that appeared in the Scituate paper right after Karen and I were married with Kevin as our Best Man. She wrote about Kevin and I as we went from young boys to young men and the bumps in the road as well as the triumphs we endured on that journey. She had such a way with words. She will be truly missed.

Claire was such a sweet, kind, smart woman. She used to carpool with my father to work in downtown Boston. The few times I met her she always had a smile on her face.
