Peter F. Daly

1938 - 2016

Peter F. Daly, at age 77, passed away and entered Eternal Life, on February 6, 2016, at the South Shore Hospital, after having for years been a long-time resident of Union Towers II, of East Weymouth, MA. Having graduated from Weymouth schools, Peter later entered the Navy. He did appliance and auto-body repair work His parish was the Immaculate Conception Church of East Weymouth. He also enjoyed fishing and clamming on the Atlantic coast. He leaves behind a son, Peter M. Daly formerly of Pennsylvania who now lives in Weymouth, MA. He also leaves behind a brother John J. Daly and his wife, Mary, both of Cotuit, MA, as well as many nieces and nephews. He also leaves his long-time friends. He enjoyed retirement attending activities and trips with his friends at Tower 2, and every summer he tended to his many tomato plants in his garden. Services will be private with a scattering of his ashes at sea, at a later date. Donations can be made to the Shriner's Children's Fund and to St. Judes Hospital for Children with addresses to follow.
