Bruce Wayne McMills, (May 5, 1952 - Dec. 15, 2018), a devoted husband, father and brother, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2018, surrounded by his family and loving wife Molli, due to complications of kidney cancer, which the couple had battled courageously for the past year and a half. He will be long remembered as the light of a candle of positivity and kindness that he shared with his family, friends and community.
A memorial service is scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 13, 2019 at 3:15 p.m. at the Northwoods UU Church, 1370 N. North Millbend Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77380.
Bruce is survived by wife, Molli; daughters Corrie McMills of Telluride and Aurora McMills of Dallas and grandchildren Gabriela, Hector "Junior," and Maxx; stepson and daughter-in-law Alex and Randallyn Holdford of Katy, Texas.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers and to honor his giving nature, donations should be made to a charity of choice, the Houston Zen Center or through CancerCare.org.
