Allen E. Seefeldt

Allen E. Seefeldt, 94, of Ocala, Fla., passed away on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2024, at Marion County hospice "Cate's House" in Ocala.
Allen was born June 16, 1930, in Kewaskum, Wis., to August and Emma Seefeldt. He attended school in Kewaskum and proudly served the U.S. Army from 1951 to 1953. He was a trained mechanic in the Korean War and received three Bronze Service Stars, United Nations Service Medal, and Republic of Korea Presidential Unit Citation. He retired from Gehl Corp. as a welder and moved to Florida in 1993.
Allen enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. He was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Ocala. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and had many friends in his 55-plus community of Palm Cay.
Allen is survived by his wife, Lucille; brother, William; daughter, Bonnie (Daniel) Skaggs; stepchildren, Mark (Mary Ann) Skaggs, Gail Zimmerman, Patrick (Julie) Skaggs, and William (Denise) Skaggs; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Ladonna; brothers Harold and Merlin; sister, Elenor; stepson Timothy Skaggs; and stepdaughter, Rachel Satnan.
No services. It was Allen's wish to be laid to rest in his childhood home of Wisconsin.
