So sorry to hear of the passing of my lifetime friend, Joannie. I remember visiting with "Uncle Ed and Auntie Janet" Chastain at their home on Adams Drive. Joan along with Maxine and Janet were always so sweet to me. Joan was our babysitter and after she was married to Monty, I babysat for their children. I remember Monty bringing me home from babysitting in a Gibraltar PD cruiser. Joan and I had reconnected through Facebook several years ago. I left Michigan after I married so we had lost track. I have fond memories of growing up in Gibraltar during the `50s and `60s and Joan was an important part of that. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.
