Martha B. Cash

Martha B. Cash, 88, of Ocala, Florida, passed away on the morning of September 28, 2025, on Saint Simons Island, Georgia She was born on March 7, 1937 in Greenville, South Carolina, daughter of Ivy and Beryl Brezeale. She previously lived in Miami, Winter Haven and Fort Lauderdale, Florida, finally settling in Ocala where she lived for over thirty years. Martha was Methodist by faith and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed time with family and friends, playing the piano, arts and crafts and working around her house. Martha was employed by State Farms Insurance for over thirty years. She is survived by her two sons, John (Tracie Klawiter) Bell and Bryan (Lori) Bell; by four grandchildren, Charity (Bruce) Hill, Ian Bell, Heather Bell and Kyle Bell; by three great-grandchildren, Jacob, Shelby, and Lily as well as cherished friends including Mr. and Mrs. Pedro (Pete) Hernandez and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Trosten. Martha was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Edward Cash, sister, Evelyn Roper, brother Pete ((who nicknamed her Marcy), and a niece, Ivy Roper Lane. Special thank you to the staff of Gracemore Nursing Facility, Heritage Oaks Nursing Facility. As all of those who were taking care of her knew "Grandma Cash" had a strong voice and will to do it her way. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 4th at 1:00 pm at Roberts of Ocala Funeral Home West; 6241 SW State Road 200 Ocala, Florida. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Interment will follow at 2:00 pm at Good Shepherd Memorial Gardens, Ocala.
