Nancy Lee Ferguson

Nancy Lee Kepler Ferguson, 93, of Ocala, Florida, passed away peacefully at home on August 31, 2025. Nancy was born in Columbus, Ohio to the late Warren and Ima (Pence) Kepler on August 5, 1932. She attended and graduated from Reynoldsburg High School in Ohio. Nancy was a dedicated homemaker and devoted wife to Elmo Ferguson and the mother of three children. Nancy loved everyone she met and made everyone feel like they were the most important person she had ever known. She was the matriarch of the family. She enjoyed cooking home-style meals and baking the most delicious treats. Nancy taught bible study and loved going to church. She was a very kind, humble and gentle person. Her life was woven around Christ-centered Faith. Nancy will be greatly missed by all. She is survived by her children Ronald Ferguson (Sheila) of Orlando, Jo Ann Taylor (Lester) of Georgia, Betty Riggins of Ocala, 5 grandchildren; Doug, Heather, Matthew, Krystal, Stephanie, and 12 Great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. Nancy is preceded in death by husband Elmo Cone Ferguson, Parents Warren Frederick Kepler and Ima Louise Pence Kepler, siblings Betty May Derseweh, Estella Louise Williams, Dorothy Eleanore James, Warren Ray Kepler. There will be a private Celebration of Life with family only. Burial will be at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Fl
