Richard,
You are a wonderful, loving father with absolutely a pure heart. You freely gave help and kindness to everyone. I´m truly honored to be your brother-in-law. Thank for my two nephews, GOD rest Ricky´s soul, and taking care of my little sister for nearly 40 years. You will be sorely missed and never forgotten. GOD Bless and keep you in his arms for all time.

Richard was more than just a boss; he was my mentor and a true friend. He taught me nearly everything I know about building, and he did it with patience, kindness, and a willingness to get right in and show me when I didn´t understand. He always took the time to help me grow, and I´ll always be grateful for that. Richard had a way of making work enjoyable, always ready with a joke or a laugh to lighten the day. He was an outstanding person through and through, and his presence made a lasting impact on everyone around him. He will be deeply missed and will always hold a special place in my heart.
