Roger Widrig

Roger Widrig, age 83, passed away on November 13, 2024 in his home. Roger is survived by Carolyn his wife of 55 years, daughters Caryn, Sherri and Lori, Son in laws Mike, Keith and Jon, Grandchildren Meagan, Matt, Jaden, Abby, Avery and Ava, Brothers John and Ron, Sisters Kate and Barbara. He is preceded in death by his parents Delbert and Lucy, brothers Gene and Dale. Roger was born on October 17, 1941 in Jamestown New York, to parents Delbert and Lucy Widrig. He graduated from Panama Central in 1959. He then moved to Florida in 1966 after serving in the Army overseas Military Police. He married his wife Carolyn in 1969 in Winter Park, Florida. They had 3 daughters and 6 grandchildren. He was a devoted family man and a loving husband, father and grandfather. He spent most of his life in the golf industry and was an avid golfer. Celebration of Life is scheduled for Sunday December 8, 2024 1:00pm-4:00pm at his daughter's home located at 945 Patrician Place Oviedo, Fl 32766. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Roger's life.
