Toby Katz Obituary

Toby Katz, 78, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2025, in Lady Lake, Florida. Born on June 14, 1947, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she was the beloved daughter of Celia and Joseph Katz. Toby shared a life filled with love and companionship with her husband, Richard Heebner. She was a devoted mother to her sons, Wade (Dawn) Kownatsky and Ross (Desiree) Kownatsky, always offering them unwavering support and affection. Her greatest joy came from being a grandmother. Toby cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren-Ross, Alexa, Kaelyn, and Adalyn-creating treasured memories that will live on in their hearts. Toby embraced life's simple pleasures. Whether playing mahjong with friends or enjoying time on the golf course, she found joy in connection and laughter. These moments reflected her vibrant spirit and love for those around her. Her legacy is one of warmth, strength, and dedication to family. Toby's memory will remain a source of comfort and inspiration to all who had the privilege of knowing her. May her memory bring peace and joy to those she touched. Arrangements entrusted with BALDWIN BROTHERS Funeral & Cremation Society-Spanish Springs, 352-430-1449.
