Blake Edward Partridge

Blake Edward Partridge, 17, passed away May 23, 2025, surrounded by family due to complications of AML (acute myeloid leukemia). He was known for his wit and humor and will be greatly missed. Blake was born on April 21, 2008, to Kevin and Kimberly Partridge. He was a "smiley boy" and loved the outdoors. He loved mountain biking and hiking. Blake wanted to be a pilot when he grew up. He loved spending time with his friends in person and while gaming. Blake was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Blake enjoyed helping those around him, and this included 3 humanitarian trips to the Outer Banks, West Virginia, and his favorite trip to Ecuador where he helped build a school room for a preschool. Blake loved his friends who came to visit him throughout his long hospital stay. He had his most fun when at the beach with his best friend, Charlie. Blake is survived by his parents, his brother, Dillan Partridge, his sisters, Chloe Partridge Moore and Olivia Partridge, his brother-in-law, Orrlando Moore, and nieces Jorrdyn and Alaya Moore. He is preceded in death by his grandpa Perry Gillette and niece Laila Moore. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 30 from 6:30 pm - 8 pm at the LDS Church building at 3601 E. Shea Blvd. A memorial service will be on Saturday, May 31 at 10 am at the same location. A memorial bench will be placed in the Phoenix Mountain Preserves facing west for visitors to enjoy the sunset. Special thanks to the medical and nursing staff at Phoenix Children's Hospital for their loving care of Blake for seven months. Blake's family worked closely with Children's Organ Transplant Association (COTA).
