Colleen Marie DiSanto

Our family is heartbroken to share that Colleen Marie DiSanto has passed away due to a hemorrhagic stroke. She lived a big, bright and bold life as a wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and dear friend to so many people. She also made an impact on countless lives as a successful immigration attorney. On April 26, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., a Celebration of Life will be held at Mountain View Presbyterian Church at 8050 E. Mountain View Road, Scottsdale AZ, and will be live streamed at: youtube.com/mtviewpres On May 17, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., a Celebration of Life will be held at the Cochecho Country Club, 145 Gulf Road, Dover, New Hampshire. A luncheon will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to an educational fund for her son, Anthony (age 7), by visiting the Fidelity Investment website at: https://go.fidelity.com/qru8nx Colleen was born on December 14, 1975 in Washington, DC. She attended Berwick Academy in South Berwick, ME and graduated from Oyster River High School in Durham, NH in 1994. She attended Villanova University graduating with high honors and then Villanova Law School, graduating in 2001. She received many awards in the field of Immigration Law, including frequent recognition as one of the best immigration attorneys in Arizona. Colleen was incredibly supportive of the broader Arizona legal community, including serving as past Chair of the Arizona State Bar Immigration Section and in state and national leadership positions in the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Her connections with clients and colleagues alike were sincere and unmatched in the way she treated everyone. Colleen had an adventurous spirit and her travel bucket list took her to places such as the Amazon Rainforest, an African Safari, throughout Europe and her most recent trip to Australia and New Zealand. She also had a great love for the island of Kauai in Hawaii, embracing the spirit of Aloha. Colleen brought love, life and laughter to every room she was in. As an organ donor, Colleen's generosity has brought new light and hope to other families in need. Her joyous spirit will live on and make a lasting impact, including with this precious gift of life. If this quote was meant for anyone, it was meant for Colleen, who burned so bright, accomplished so much and enjoyed life's adventures as much as anyone possibly could during her 49 years with us: "And in the end, it's not the years in your life that count, it's the life in your years." Colleen is survived by her husband of 22 years, Andrew DiSanto, and their son Anthony (age 7) both of Scottsdale, AZ.
