Joseph R. Klimo

The daughters of Joe Klimo are saddened to announce his passing at the age of 79. He was a man of unwavering strength, boundless love and deep wisdom. He always seemed to find a way to make those around him feel happy and he had a kind heart. Joe was more than a father, he was a mentor, a constant source of support and taught us the value of hard work, integrity, compassion and leading by example in everything he did. He married Fern in 1967 and when she passed in 2005, it broke his heart. He dearly missed his beloved wife. He is survived by his daughters, Marie, Shelly, Denise and Jodi and their families. We will carry his memory in our hearts forever, grateful for the time we had with him and the profound impact he had on our lives. His family invites you to a Committal Service with Military Honors at the National Memorial Cemetery 2929 E. Pinnacle Peak Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85024 on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. and to follow with a Memorial service and gathering with food/refreshments served at Sun City Grand Cimarron Center, the Agua Fria Room 17100 W. Clearview Blvd, Surprise, AZ 85387 open from 12 p. m. to 2 p.m.
