His love for sports, particularly basketball, shone brightly during his time in high school, where he was recognized as an All-State Ohio high school basketball player-a testament to his talent and dedication.
Professionally, Dick's career was marked by his role as Vice President of Leasing at Forest City Enterprises and his significant contributions to Kretch Realty. His astuteness in business and his ability to connect with people were evident in his successful endeavors and the respect he garnered from colleagues and clients alike.
Dick's interests extended beyond the business world. He was known for his love of sports, travel, and, most importantly, his family. Whether he was cheering on his favorite teams, exploring new destinations, or spending quality time with his loved ones, Dick embraced life with enthusiasm and a sense of adventure.
Those who knew Dick will remember him as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. His generosity knew no bounds, and his sense of humor was a source of constant amusement and comfort to those around him. Dick was the kind of man who could light up a room with his presence and leave a lasting impression on the hearts of those he met.
As we bid farewell to Dick, we celebrate a life well-lived-a life filled with laughter, love, and the warmth of a man who was truly one of a kind.
