Ben Feerer Obituary
On Tuesday, June 15, 2021, Ben Feerer Jr. loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away peacefully at the age of 92. Ben was born May 23, 1929, in Homestead, Oklahoma to Benjamin and Elsie Feerer. They later moved to Logan, NM where Ben met the love of his life, Louise (Brand) Feerer. They raised two sons, Don and Glenn and eventually moved to Albuquerque, NM. Ben's passion was driving trucks, which he did for over 50 years. He started driving for Osburn in the late 40's then Apex, Yellow Freight, and eventually started his own trucking business he and his wife ran for over 20 years. Ben was a dedicated member of St. Paul Methodist Church, where he volunteered his time helping his church community. Ben is preceded in death by his wife, Louise Feerer. He is survived by his son, Don and Lucille Feerer, of Corrales, NM, son, Glenn and Deborah Feerer of Homer, Alaska; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 5, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at St Paul Methodist Church, 9500 Constitution Ave. NE Albuquerque NM. Burial will take place Tuesday, July 6, 2021, 1:00 p.m. in Logan, NM. Please visit our online guest book for Ben at
