Daddy, you left us fourteen years ago. We are so
grateful to have shared our lives with you. You were such a kind, fair, and loving man We miss your pranks, your playing 'possum, your nostalgic stories of near and far, and most of all, we miss your unfailing love.
Poppy, our lives are not the same without you.
We love and miss you!

Dr. Milligan was one of the very best of doctors, I´ve worked with many many but adored him as did his patients. I´ll never forget him

I worked with dr Milligan and was a patient of his. In my 40 years of nursing I can say he was one of my favorite docs and a lovely man.

Our family remembers Dr. Milligan with fondness. He delivered 2 of our children and took awesome care of all of us for many years. Our well wishes to Mrs. Milligan and all of this fine man's family.
