Claire Nordstrom Obituary
January 19, 1927 -
November 11, 2016
Claire studied journalism and aviation in her early years. She later marched with Dr. Martin Luther King onto Selma for the Civil Rights Movement. She also counseled young men on avoiding the draft during the Vietnam Era.
She leaves behind three living children; 2 step-children and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her oldest child.
Memorial will be held on December 3, 2016 at 1pm at 2208 Lester Dr, Albuquerque, NM in the Blue Room. Potluck. Donations can be made to International Campaign for Tibet, 825 Jefferson NW, Washington, DC 20036.
