Clyde Milligan Obituary
"We remember C.F. Milligan, whose spirit departed from us on December 21, 2024 at the age of 96. C.F. was a beacon of unwavering humility and kindness, and left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him"
C.F. was born to Willie and Josefita Milligan in Frisco, New Mexico. He was a devoted catholic, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and proud WWII Veteran. C.F. and his wife Louisa built a successful general contracting business together. C.F. was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Louisa Milligan, and daughter Christine Milligan. C.F. is survived by his son, Michael Milligan (wife Irene); daughter, Dorothy Milligan (husband Jeff); and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
C.F. will forever be remembered for his honesty, strong work ethic, his generosity and for his storytelling. Please see services time at

Mr.Milligan was a very hardworking sweet and honest man. I rented a home from him and his wife for 10years and loved to visit with them as they would be working at their old family home. I will always remember your parents and their kindness. They don't make homes the way your father did anymore. Thank you Mr.and Mrs. Milligan
