Deborah Zamora Obituary
Deborah Zamora, beloved wife,
mother, sister,
daughter, and educator, joined the Lord at the age of 63 on March 5th, 2023 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Deborah taught at APS for 37 years. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Richard Zamora; father, Arthur Harrison; children: Marissa Zamora, David Zamora and his wife Amberly, and Matthew Zamora; sister Edwina Barela; sister Yvonne Martinez and husband Paul; and brother Vincent Harrison and wife Yvette; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother, Martha Harrison and her brother, Artie Harrison. Deborah's Life Celebration will begin with a Viewing Thursday March 9th at 6:30pm at Reflections Chapel, 2400 Washington St. NE. Rosary will be held Friday March 10th at 8:30am with Mass following at 9:00am at St. Therese Catholic Church, 3424 4th ST NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107. Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Mrs. Zamora was a very kind, sweet lady. I had her as my culinary arts instructor and she was always so patient and understanding with all of her students. My deepest condolences to her family.

My condolences to the Zamora family. I´m so sorry for your loss. Mrs.Zamora was my cooking teacher for 3 years in high-school. She not only was a great teacher and cook, but she was a great person. Such a sweet and gentle lady who always had her students best interest. She taught me to trust the process, never give up, believe in myself, try my best, and to always be kind. She had an impact on my life and will be greatly missed. RIP
