Words cannot describe the loss we feel losing Eddie, I worked with him for over 20yrs and spending time with him at games , parties and our beer get togethers are memories that will be cherished. May you feel comforted by the memories of him and the love and support of family and friends.

I had so enjoyed re-connecting with Eddie in recent years, and his family and friends. He lit up a room, with his good spirits (literally pouring beer and wine at Kim's gallery). I am devastated for your loss. I hope your good memories will sustain you. I will be one of many who will miss him and remember him fondly. Blessed be his memory. Thinking of you all with sincere sympathy.

I must say, I was truly surprised to hear of Eddie`s passing! I remember him being such a vibrant and kind young man. He dated one of my fellow cheerleaders, Debbi, and they seemed to have such a wonderful relationship! May his family and friends be comforted at this time of sorrow.

I knew Ed from work, mostly from passing. He had a smile that lit up a room. After we both retired I would see him at the Lobo basketball games and we would visit. I missed our conversations the past 2 seasons as I walked the concourse. I live in the same neighborhood and will never forget him, as I pass by the house every day. God Bless your family and may the wonderful memories you had with Ed comfort you in this very sad time. I am sorry that I will be out of town and unable to attend his services to give my condolences in person.

Eddie, my friend since 10th grade and throughout my life. He was my favorite 6th grader - best thing about Eddie, he was still in the 6th grade. Worse thing about Eddie, he was still in the 6th grade. When we saw each other we always laughed. He always lit up any room he was in. He will forever hold a place in my heart. My deepest condolences to Melinda, children, Mrs. Lopez and his vast family.

Eddie Eddie Eddie, what a man, what a true man, what a loyal man,
what a son,
what a father,
what a family man,
what an uncle,
-with respect,
what a cuz/primo,
what a friend,
and what a brother.
I looked up to Eddie, as he was my mentor,
my role model,
filled with kudos/accolades,
not just my cousin,
not just my friend, yet more importantly, my brother.
I followed his footsteps as he taught effortlessly,
influenced via osmosis,
like I was a golden child.
He respected my pa,
respected my ma,
respected uncles/aunts.
At times we continuously worked hard, yet we played harder.
I look forward to hanging out with him since we had too much fun and shared sports throughout our whole life,
playing softball,
playing golf,
like playing basketball at 4:30 AM at Sandia Labs.
He had a fervor for the Lobos/Niners.
He was a rabid fan of the Lobos, and so I attended as many PIT games as possible,
and then I
waited/anticipated anxiously for our halftime shot-no pun intended-of Eddie's aura of radiation that perpetuated through our veins that lasted until the next game,
it was the same,
after seasons,
there was the salient season,
with reason (Marv and Jim-time of our lives)
that appeared at Sweet Sixteen in Denver (Pepsi Center).
He loved singing while guitar played,
his love for music carried on...a lot of memories playing and singing with just my pa and myself, then there were the intimate times with Aunt Tessie, Carol, Marty, David, Mark, and Sharon, and finally, there were the times amongst the reunions.
He had a special bond with my ma, as she points out; "I like Eddie!" He had a special bond with my pa, and my dad would have said (after his passing): "that One hurts!" (to lose)!"
As I was making snow in freezing temperatures (obviously) throughout the night and into the morning, my Snowmaker Boss had the same mannerisms of someone I truly loved and could not get enough of, yet I was perplexed for a couple of days until-I figured out it was-Eddie.
It was to no wonder I had the most overtime.
Everyone thought I was the Energizer Bunny,
it was Funny,
it was only Eddie,
that kept me Steady,
through the numerous tumultuous/treacherous/tempestuous stormy windy chilling nights.
Eddie is elite,
Eddie is unique,
Eddie is one of a kind,
Eddie is an Angel,
that will allow his perpetual spirit to carry on...,
as he reminds us;
"Thy kingdom come, Thy "WILL" be done...
See you on the other side
