In Loving Memory of Joanie R. Simmons and H. Harper Simmons
Joanie R. Simmons (1943-2021) and H. Harper Simmons (1940-2025) were the heart of our family, leaving a legacy of love and devotion. Joanie, who passed away on March 21, 2021, was a cherished mother and friend, whose compassion, joyful spirit, generosity, and nurturing nature touched every life she met. Harper, who joined her in eternal rest on January 16, 2025, was a beloved father, grandfather, and cherished friend, whose warmth, steadfast loyalty, and help to all he met uplifted countless lives. They are survived by their children, Yvonne, Rodney, and Justin, and grandsons, Gabriel and Evan.
On July 25, 2025, at 9:00 AM, we will lay them to rest together at Santa Fe National Cemetery, honoring their enduring bond.
