Dearest John, I remember your brilliance and spark of humor. John and I loved our opportunities to travel with you and Jackie. I especially remember our last trip down the Greater River Road. What a fun time and a time for closeness. You were always studying something. I wanted to be as smart as you were, something I can only aspire toward. I will never forget how strange it was to keep breathing after you stopped. You are remembered and loved. Sis Kathy.

Jackie, and all the VonLoh family, I am so sorry for your loss. John was always a friendly, kind man and I have memories of him since I was a little girl and he and my brother Alan were in their band together. I was fortunate to see him several times last summer when you were back in Nebraska. We talked of old times, fun times and of the life and wonderful years you enjoyed together. He was taken too soon.

Jackie - Our prayers to you and your family at this time. I will always remember and appreciate working with John. On the several projects we shared in the 80s and 90s, he always proved professional, skilled, and knowledgeable. I was blessed to learn much from him.

I remember John as a professional. We worked together on several transformational military projects. He was always cheerful and wanted to get the job done right. The old Scientific International Group will miss him.

It was yesterday when it truly hit me that you are gone. And how the last time we had a gathering was for a funeral, you sat at our table and we had a chit chat, you, Mike and I. You look so healthy and happy. Funny how life has plans had we all didn't have a gathering to tend to.... know one would have got to see you before you passed. John you were an inspiration to my kids and to us. When I met Mike he talked highly about his Uncle's and you we're def one of them. And getting to know you I say the same thing. Your we're a pillar to society, a brave soul, and a crazy one ! You are going to be miss so very much! Rest in Peace until we all meet again. Give Dave a huge hug for us.
