Katie McKnight Obituary
Katie McKnight, 97, beloved Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother, Mother-in-Law, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother, was called to her eternal resting place on Tuesday, July 2, 2024. She entered this world on December 6, 1926, in Cuba, NM, born to Patricio and Josefa Montoya. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Harvey (Cal) McKnight. She is survived by her children, Patrick, Michael, J (Marilyn), Robert (Angela), Rodney, and Maureen (Scott) Amato; her grandchildren, Remy Arman, Brian Arman, Melanie McKnight, Taylor McKnight, Cole McKnight, Marc Amato (Tracy Jumper), Sean Amato, Rhiannon Amato (Derrick Koenig), Morgan Amato (Kip Hammerschmitt), and Gwen (Tyler) Norton; and great-grandson, Oliver Norton.
Visitation and Memorial Rosary will be held Thursday, July 25, 2024, 6:30 p.m., at FRENCH - University. A Memorial Mass will be held Friday, July 26, 2024, 10:00 a.m., at Queen of Heaven Church, 5311 Phoenix Ave., Albuquerque. A private interment will be scheduled for a future time.
