Linda Adamsko Obituary

Linda Adamsko

March 4, 1958 â€" May 16, 2021

A faithful, generous, and humorous lover of life, Linda sought adventure and admired nature; a mountain dweller who found life in hot-air ballooning, catching fish, and hiking. She was a friend to all and an upright, dedicated public servant. On May 16th, Linda silently and peacefully followed God home. Among those grieving her loss: sisters Sylvia Adamsko and Pamela Pettit; nieces Amanda Lowe (husband Fr. Adam) and Tessa Pettit; nephew Alexander Pettit (wife Meredith); great nieces Grace, Joyanna, and Eleisa Lowe, and Heather Pettit; and great nephew Clovis Pettit. Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Al and Agnes Adamsko, and many ancestors she wanted to know.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 14th at 11:30 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Byzantine Catholic Church, 1837 Alvarado Dr. NE, Albuquerque, NM. Immediately following will be Internment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 7999 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM, and komashnja (funeral reception) around 3:00 PM, at the Shriner's Club, 6600 Zuni Rd. SE, Albuquerque, NM.

Many thanks to all for the outpouring of love and support during these challenging days.

My condolences to the Adamsko family. I had the pleasure of meeting Linda, Sylvia and Pam while they were caring for Al and then Agnes. They are such a loving family of sisters and I'm truly heartbroken for the Adamsko family. I wish you all peace and comfort during this once again difficult time for your family.

Linda instantly became a part of our community at Glenridge. It may have been for a short time, but she definitely made her mark with her outgoing personality and her sense of humor. She was a joy to have in our midst and will be greatly missed.
