It is with a sad heart that I send my thoughts and prayers to Fran's family. We met at the University of Miami in the late 60s and became steadfast friends throughout the years. Fran's love for everything life had to offer was obvious the moment she stepped into a room and smiled. Love you and miss you, my friend.
