Lynn Nethery Obituary

Lynn Nethery

In Loving Memory Of

Lynn Martin Nethery

Lynn Martin Nethery went home to be with his Lord and Savior on November 13, 2025 at the age of 81. He was welcomed into Heaven by his beloved wife of 51 years, Michael Jeanne Nethery, who preceded him in death in 2017.

Lynn spent his career in the banking industry, where he was known for his professionalism, integrity, and dedication to the people he served. He retired as Vice President of New Mexico Bank and Trust, a role he was deeply proud of and one in which he made lifelong friendships.

Lynn is survived by his daughter, Kristen Lamar and her husband, Danny; his son, Tug Nethery and his wife, Kim; his grandsons, Dustin and his wife, Rym, and Cameron; his granddaughters, Alex and Katelin and her husband, Ian; and his precious great-grandson, Koda, who brought him immense joy. He is also survived by his brother, Tom and his wife, Jeanne; his sister, Connie and her wife, Carol; his brother-in-law, Bob Redmond, along with extended family and friends.

Lynn lived a full life centered around his faith, his family, and his work. He took pride in his accomplishments and valued the relationships he built throughout the years.

His Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, 11:00 AM at New Beginnings Church of God, 4770 Montgomery Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109, with Pastor Richard Mansfield officiating. A reception will be held immediately after with food being served.

Lynn is now at peace in Heaven, where he is filled with joy and comfort everlasting.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to New Beginnings Church or a cancer charity of choice.
