Michael Thomas Duggan



Michael Thomas Duggan. born May 11, 1947, passed away August 7, 2021, in Albuquerque, New Mexico of coronary disease. Mike studied at the Franciscan seminary in Cincinnati and was a graduate of New Mexico State University. He was interested in narrow gauge railroads and family history. He liked to travel, mostly on trains. He did some whitewater rafting. He worked at the VLA making baby pictures of galaxies and set up computer labs in parochial schools in northern New Mexico. Mike was preceded in death by Martha Mitchell, his wife. He is survived by siblings Kathleen Holcomb, Luana Duggan, Paul Duggan, Mark Duggan, Jerry Duggan, nephew Aidan Duggan, and niece Juniper Vale. The family is grateful to Mary Thomson. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Dear Kathleen, Luana, Paul, Mark, and Jerry. Jim and I offer our heart-felt sympathies for the loss of your big brother. We will miss him and the visits and conversations we had. He was always a friend and we have wonderful memories of times spent together with he and Marty. I'm so grateful for your friendship and having been part of your family.
