Michelle Teachout Obituary

Teachout, Michelle L. "Chelly"

5/30/70 - 7/2/01

It does not seem possible that you have been gone from us now for 14 years, we remember your departure like it was only yesterday. We mourn the loss of you within our family, yet there is peace within the pain. We know where you are and who you are with - there is no better place to be than with Him.

We are thankful for 31 years of love and memories with you.

We are grateful for God's plans for you and the path He placed you on. We continue to learn from you and how you impacted our lives.

You endured many challenges and disappointments here on earth with such grace and determination.

We miss your spirit and laughter. On the days when we feel so incomplete without you and the ache of not having you here threatens to invade our hearts, we take comfort in knowing that our family will one day be together again in Heaven.

You remain our Spinach Queen, the best chocolate chip cookie maker, the Bert to my Ernie. Long live Miss Appleseed and Miss Peabody, expert Easter egg hunters, placing bows on your head at Christmas.

Our Birdie (squawk-squawk), we still laugh at the secret signal from the Godfather alongside the cheek, you'd be proud that I employ the signal as needed with Dad.

One of our favorite memories is when you went to mom's work to sing Happy Birthday to her in front of her students, your body ravaged from the effects of many years of steroids. None of that mattered to you, you had a message to deliver and did so with such a pure heart.

We'll never forget the time you made me wear Easter bunny ears with you in Walgreens while we went shopping up and down the aisles. You weren't feeling great that day, but it was a day for us to spend together and we laughed so hard.

My one and only Twister (twin + sister)...

We celebrate you in Heaven today...You are missed every single day...

We love you, Your Family (Mom, Dad, and Sammy)
