We were friends since Kindergarten. Even our Moms were good friends. There she is in the front row, second from the left in second grade. I´m grateful that we stayed in touch over the years and even visited a few times. She was a great friend and motivator. There were such fun times as besties in Runnemede, camping with her family, and one funny visit at her grandmother´s in Point Pleasant. I thank her for inspiring me to go on to get my Master´s Degree as an adult.
She was so proud of her son, daughter-in-law and adored her granddaughter. So glad they got to take that vacation together. She always spoke lovingly of Curt and his family as well. I will miss her dearly, and send prayers that she may rest in God´s eternal peace. Mariann (Mare)

I just found out about Nancee´s passing today. I met Nancee playing Mahjong at Domingo Baca and we later were neighbors after she moved to Overture Albuquerque. We also went on a Progressive Rock cruise together last year. I wanted to go on another music cruise with her next year (when we would both have a milestone birthday) and was shocked when I heard what had happened. She was a very special person - extremely intelligent, a great conversationalist, and we thought alike on many subjects. I will really miss her. My deepest sympathies to her family.

I was only fortunate enough to know Nancee for a few years through Mah-jongg. We became friends outside of Mahj where I got to know her better. She was fun to be around, smart as heck (she'd only been playing a few years and she was already becoming one of our best players), generous with her time and just an all around wonderful person that I consider myself lucky to have known.
Nancee, you will always be in our thoughts and I have missed you so much already. It's true that only the good die young. May her memory be a blessing to all of us fortunate enough to have known her.

We are so sorry to hear about this tragedy. We will forever remember you with joy. We can't thank you enough for helping us with math and for your support in the SAGE office. You have always been a beacon of ethics and kindness and a true example of how to treat other people. Rest in Peace, Nancee....you certainly deserve it.
